Low discharge technology allows batteries to be charged at lower voltages.
The USB-C connector allows you to charge the batteries using a USB cable. The cord is in complete.

PS. apparently this will be the cheapest multi-chemical loader. one LED instead of complex voltage, current, capacitance calculations.
