AMASS XT90I-M Male Connector with Signal Contacts

AMASS XT90I-M is a professional high-current connector designed for battery packs, RC models, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, chargers, ESC controllers and measuring equipment.

The connector is rated for 40 A continuous and 90 A peak current. In addition to the main power contacts, it features two integrated signal contacts for transmitting control or identification signals through the same connector.

The gold-plated brass contacts provide extremely low contact resistance of 0.30 mΩ for the power contacts and 1 mΩ for the signal contacts, ensuring efficient power transfer with minimal energy loss.

The connector has a 500 V DC rated voltage. Its housing is manufactured from UL94 V0 flame-retardant insulating material and complies with RoHS requirements. It is designed for cable soldering installation.

Recommended wire sizes are up to 10 AWG for the power contacts and 22 AWG for the signal contacts. Protective covers insulate the soldered joints and help prevent accidental short circuits.

The operating temperature range is -20 °C to +120 °C. The connector is designed for approximately 1,000 mating cycles, making it suitable for long-term professional use.
