Saft LS14250 is a primary lithium thionyl chloride battery with a nominal voltage of 3.6 V
nominal capacity is 1.2 Ah at a 1 mA load at 20 °C
The open circuit voltage is approximately 3.67 V
The battery is designed for long term low current applications requiring a stable power source
Its bobbin construction ensures a self discharge rate below one percent per year at 20 °C
 maximum continuous current is about 35 mA
 pulse current can reach up to 100 mA when an external capacitor is used
 operating temperature range is from minus 60 to plus 85 degrees Celsius
 battery dimensions are 14.55 mm in diameter and 25.15 mm in height
 mass is about 10 grams
 casing is made of stainless steel and uses a hermetic glass to metal seal with a non flammable electrolyte
The battery complies with UL 1642 and IEC 60086‑4 safety standards
It is used in metering devices, IoT sensors, telemetry equipment, RTC modules, memory backup, security systems and industrial controllers
