Murata US18650VTC6 – an 18650 lithium-ion (INR) cell intended by the manufacturer for power tool battery packs and other high-current battery packs.

The manufacturer's nominal capacity is 3150 mAh, minimum 3000 mAh (measured at 0.2C). At a 10 A discharge current the minimum capacity is 2700 mAh, and at 15 A – 2400 mAh.

Maximum continuous discharge current – 30 A, with the cell temperature limited to 80 °C. The manufacturer permits higher short-term discharge currents:

• up to 40 A – for up to 40 s;
• up to 55 A – for up to 19 s;
• up to 80 A – for up to 6 s.

Murata – a Japanese electronics manufacturer that took over Sony's lithium cell production in 2017. The VTC series continues the lithium-ion cell line developed by Sony.
