The Nitecore NL2150DW IMR battery is designed to be used with the Nitecore R40 V2. The NL2150DW is an IMR battery with protection against undercharging and overcharging. Another special feature is the positive and negative poles on both sides of the battery. The Nitecore R40 V2 always works, no matter which way the battery is inserted.
